Fresh mango pudding
Process mango and orange till smooth. Strain in a sieve.
Place water, sugar and gelatin in a saucepan.
Stir over low heat until sugar and gelatin dissolve.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Stir in mango pulp and mix well.
Pour into serving glasses or 6 jelly molds
And refrigerate till firm.
4 ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted.
¼ cup (orange juice
1 cup superfine ( caster) sugar
6 teaspoons gelatin

INGREDIENTS & PREPARATION
* 24 pcs of cream cracker biscuits
* 250g margarine
* 150 g sugar
* 6 eggs
COOKING METHOD
1 Mash the cream crackers until powder-like.
2. Beat the eggs and then mix margarine and sugar.beat until fluffy.
3. Then mix with mashed cream crackers.
4. Pour mixture into a bowl and place it in the Tuppercheif steamer.
5.steam for 45 minutes and it is ready to be served.
